Grand Re-Opening of 18bin

C4 Hospitality, a Las Vegas, NV based hospitality group, and an investor group led by Don Welch announced today the Grand Re-Opening of the newly concepted 18bin bar and restaurant, located in the Downtown Las Vegas Arts District.

18bin has launched a revamped traditional and vegan menu, a completely new cocktail offering, and 18brunch a 21 and over Sunday brunch experience. 18bin’s soft opening occurred on September 4th and have planned a Grand Opening weekend that includes live entertainment on Saturday October 3rd at 8pm featuring Heavy Petting Zoo and launching 18brunch on Sunday October 4th,  where they will feature bottomless mimosas and a live DJ set by Scotty Boy.

Chef Josh Green who has developed food programs at multiple popular Las Vegas culinary concepts, created 18bin’s menu with an eye on providing robust offerings for both the traditional and vegan guests, Green said, “I have always been passionate about providing plant-based guests an experience that is more than just salads. Too often, plant-based options are not integrated as part of the overall dining experience, 18bin’s menu offers a traditional and vegan option for many of the menu items. No matter if you are vegan or a hardcore carnivore, this menu provides something for everyone.”

The relaunched 18bin has a new bar/beverage service with an original specialty cocktail list, a robust beer, wine, and liquor selection, and live entertainment multiple nights a week. Additionally, the venue has nearly 5,000 square feet of patio space making it an attractive option in the current environment where both outdoor dining and social distancing are often desired features for guests looking for both a fun and safe location to enjoy afternoons and evenings.

The C4 Hospitality team consisting of experienced strip operators have long been fans of downtown Las Vegas, “Our team loves the community vibe and Downtown is where the trends are currently being set in Las Vegas and we are excited to be part of the neighborhood. The Arts Factory is an incredible venue and to have 18bin be part of that building, complete with our outdoor patio, gives us a lot of freedom to be fresh and relevant in the bar & restaurant scene”, said Greg Costello, a Managing Partner of C4 Hospitality.

Daniel Mihai, 18bin’s Head of Operations and resident of the Arts District, is focused on creating an offering that appeals to the vibrant nature of the neighborhood’s tenants and visitors, “Living downtown, I’ve always wanted to open a place where my friends could go and know that whatever they were broadly into – beer, wine, or craft cocktails, we could deliver all of it under one roof and at a great value. I am excited to open this concept in my neighborhood,” said Mihai.

Situated on the highly trafficked corner of Charleston Boulevard and South Art Way in the Arts Factory, 18bin accommodates 100 guests indoors and 150 guests outdoors on its large, trellis-covered terrace. Live entertainment will perform regularly, and the venue will offer special programming and specials on First Fridays.
